I am an Integrative Counsellor and work from a strong person-centred base. I bring in different models of psychotherapy according to a client's needs, and work both creatively and cognitively, whilst always providing a safe, non-judgemental, space for a client to explore the issues that cause them concern - whatever they may be.

"It is as though he listened
And such listening as his enfolds us in a silence
In which at last we begin to hear
What we are meant to be."
    Lao-Tse
